Kristin has spent more than 15 years helping government agencies, global corporations, and advocacy organizations understand the audiences that shape policy and opinion – and translate those insights into strategy. Her work has spanned more than 50 countries and some of the most consequential public affairs challenges of the past decade, from navigating complex regulatory environments to shifting public opinion on high-stakes issues.
At Fors Marsh, Kristin led the research behind the development of the "We Can Do This" campaign – the Department of Health and Human Services' national campaign to build COVID vaccine confidence and encourage mitigation behaviors. Her work encompassed brand development, message testing, UX, and creative evaluation, helping shape one of the most visible public health messaging efforts in recent memory.
Kristin previously directed global positioning and thought leadership studies at GfK (now Ipsos), one of the world's largest research firms. She began her career working for prominent political research and strategic communications firms throughout DC.
Her work on gender targeting earned her Political Research Quarterly's Best Article Award and the Southern Political Science Association's Marian Irish Award.
Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from Miami University and is a RIVA-trained qualitative research moderator.
